The delivery boy will contact on the contact details provided to FleAffair if he doesn’t find the right address or the concerned person at the address.
Yes. If the specifications of the product deliver doesn’t match with what was given on the website, or the product delivered is damaged.
For replacement, please report in-transit breakage/damage within 48 hrs from the time of delivery by starting a communication and initiate Refund or Replacement Request from your FleAffair. Alternatively, you can write us at care@fleaffair.com. Please mention the order number along with any picture or video as evidence. Caution - Before placing an order, please clarify doubts by reading the entire description of the product given or write to us at care@fleaffair.com
You can cancel the order only before it has shipped. Post shipping the customer will have to pay and accept the order.
FleAffair will refund the amount to the bank account of the user if it fails to fulfill the order placed.
